The rostered RO will open the range at or before the calendared time for shoots. However, if no-one has arrived for a shoot by 15 minutes after the advertised time, the RO will close the range and go home.
For example, the Sunday afternoon shoot is scheduled for 2pm to 4pm. If no one arrives at the range by 2.15pm, the RO is free to lock up and leave.
